Documenting the riverside construction from foundation to finish, with an emphasis on the team of workers, including one child laborer. There is also a portrait of Charles Clinch, the chief engineer for the construction project who is documented as having worked for the Remington Co. throughout the 1890s. Silver (42) and printing-out paper (2) prints, the images measuring 5x3 to 5 1/2x7 1/2 inches (12.7x7.6 to 14x8.9 cm.), mounted recto/verso to heavy pages, one with a caption beneath, in pencil.
