Very good condition. [United States, mid-20th century]

Additional Details

This material was sent by Dr. Cushman Murphy, Lamont Curator of Birds at the American Museum of Natural History, to William Davidson, of Knoedler and Company, apparently in an effort to arrange the sale of some of Brasher's original paintings. Each of the prints is inscribed with information about the size and status of the original work, in ink, all but one on verso. An interesting additive group, certainly a worthy accompaniment to a set of Brasher's works.
