The front cover has a portrait of King Victor Emmanuel III of Italy, with Theodore Roosevelt on the rear cover shown between a waving American flag and an eagle. Inside is printed "Souvenir dell'ottavo banchetto della Camera di Commercio Italiana in New York il 29 Febbraio 1908 al Waldorf-Astoria." The next day's New York Times reported 500 guests and a performance by Enrico Caruso, though the president was not in attendance.
