This tribute to President Roosevelt's role as peacemaker was published by The Keystone, a Philadelphia weekly which was at that time the leading Masonic periodical in the country. Roosevelt had been initiated into Freemasonry in 1901.This volume includes several testimonials to Roosevelt republished from the Keystone, a portrait of Roosevelt, and portraits of other many other notable Freemasons in America and abroad. One copy in OCLC, at Harvard; none traced at auction. Provenance: acquired from the collection of the late Roosevelt collector Peter Scanlan.
