"I think that the feed with carbon powder could be done by means of a propeller that pushes the powder without compressing it too much. Shortly before the inlet of the cylinder or combustion chamber, it could be pushed using compressed air in a similar fashion as water is distributed with Körting's injector. This way of mixing the powder with the air and getting it well-distributed should work better than with a propeller that is exposed to great heat in the combustion chamber. . . ."
