26 enslaved people are named with their ages and short descriptions. The last is "Jack, a mulatto, about 32 years, a plantation hand and good cotton picker; guaranteed in title and health; sold as a thief and runaway." None traced in OCLC or at auction. The same text was also published in the New Orleans Times-Picayune of 9 January 1857.
