A very interesting verbatim printing of the entire meeting with all remarks taken down by a stenographer. Includes the back and forth voices of all participants and their speeches with the cheers, remarks and applause of the audience noted. A very important meeting at which the noted African American minister Nathaniel Paul delivered a long and moving speech. William Lloyd Garrison, once a supporter of colonization, had by 1833 became the leading white voice of abolition.
