An unusual legal document, wherein two gentlemen are indebted to a third in the sum of two hundred and forty dollars and twenty cents. The security against this debt-to be paid by a stipulated date, "One Nigra girl about 20 years old, naimed (sic) Eloisa." The docketing indicates that the debt was not paid and the "Nigra girl" forfeited.
