The second, with a cachet showing a copy of the U.S. Constitution and the courtroom of the U.S. Supreme Court, and with a 3-cent "Washington / National Capital Sesquicentennial" stamp. Each with a 13-cent "John F. Kennedy" stamp, cancelled on JFK's birthday, May 29, 1967. Each 3 1/2x6 1/2 inches. Np, circa 1969
