This charming view book was originally published by the Havells, father and son, in 1827 after the renewal of their partnership for Audubon's Birds of America. In this example, Robert Havell Jr. amended the title page of the 1827 edition by pasting on a new imprint label, dated 1831, which names only him as publisher. This followed a few years after his father's retirement in 1828. Tooley 254, recording only the 1827 edition.
