Second section of 54 typed or carbon script lists the commodity purchased, from whom purchased, where the supplier was located, followed in each case by a purchase order number. Presently bound in cloth; some of the gatherings loose. Circa 1921-23

Additional Details

Interesting survival. It is unclear what the first section of the volume was used for. But the second part of the volume was clearly a record of purchases for the ship, the name and location of the supplier, and the purchase order number. So we can find that the bronze on marble urn for the swimming pool was purchase from Ed. F. Caldwell of NYC. Gimble Bros. supplied linen table cloths, ashtrays, slate and marble dresser tops, and other things as well. Though unmarked, it may be assumed that these records came from the Gibbs Bros. Archives.
