Showing both the exterior of the cars as well as the mechanisms and fixings, all with a small J.G. Brill Company sign in the image. Based in Philadelphia, Brill was, at its height, the largest manufacturer of streetcars and interurban cars in the country. Printing-out paper prints, the images measuring 9 1/2x7 1/2 inches (24.1x19.1 cm.), and the reverse, three with the notation "School Car," a number, and a date, in the negative, and four with a New York photographer's hand stamp and four with notations, in pencil or ink, on verso.
