An album with 95 photographs chronicling the grand adventures of a well-to-do East Coast family.
With multiple family portraits in their lavish home, street views of New York City, and various scenes in the countryside and suburbs; 2 of the images have playfully photo-collaged elements of a woman's head, one onto piano sheet music, the other onto a family portrait. Silver (39) and printing-out paper (56) prints, the images measuring 4x5 inches (10.2x12.7 cm.), and the reverse, mounted recto/verso into the album windows. 4to, maroon cloth and leather with gilt lettering; backstrip perished. 1890s
