Isaac Clark, ordering him to send supplies and field officers to Burlington, and to transport two cannons from Burlington to Plattsburgh. 2 pages, 4to, with integral blank; tissue repair to horizontal fold on page 2, minor loss at fold intersections. "You will repair to Burlington with the Tents, Camp Kettles and such supplies as you have in store and deliver the same to the militia of Vermont under the command of Gen'l Ames[?], and render this meritorious Corps every assistance in your power. . . .
