Abdi Farah graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 2009 with a B.A. in Fine Art. He was awarded the Scholastics Art and Writing Gold Portfolio and was named a Presidential Scholar in the Arts. In 2010, Farah won Bravo's reality television show, Work of Art: The Next Great Artist, from which he received a solo exhibition at the Brooklyn Museum of Art.
