ACHILLE MAUZAN IMPERMEABILI MORETTI. 1921.

Condition B+: paper loss at edges; repaired tears margins affecting image; creases in margins and image.
On a dark and stormy night, there's nothing like a good raincoat to bring a smile to a weary sentinel. In his usual humorous style, Mauzan passes this message along via an image of a yellow raincoat, its red lining visible, blowing in the wind on the back of a brown wood scarecrow. Not only is this brand tested in the field (pun intended), but Mauzan has even thrown in two green frogs, who despite their natural water resillience, seek shelter under the coat, a further affirmation of its durability, and a further affirmation of Mauzan as a top notch designer; lettering in yellow.
