Etching, 1671. 187x149 mm; 7½x5⅞ inches, narrow margins. Seventh state (of 10), before the two parallel, diagonal lines on the stone under the broom. Arms of Amsterdam watermark (Godefroy 4, which he cites for early impressions printed by Ostade from around 1660 onward). A superb, richly-inked and early impression with all the details distinct, very strong contrasts and no sign of wear.
