Etching, circa 1520-25. 229x108 mm; 9x4 1/4 inches, thread margins. A good impression of this extremely scarce, early etching.
Winzinger cites only 13 impressions in public collections and approximately 5 impressions in private collections. We have not found another impression at auction in the past 25 years. Bartsch 90; Winzinger 187.
