A very good, dark and richly-inked Meder c impression, with the woman's neck and headdress distinct and with the delicate scratch from the man's chin onto his chest. With thread margins or trimmed on the plate mark, restored loss upper part of sheet, in the blank space above the figures' heads and the tree with additions in pen and ink. A superb, well-inked and evenly-printed impression with very strong contrasts. Bartsch 94; Meder 83.
