Additional Details

Second edition, first printing with note on page 16 reading "AA is composed of nearly 6000 groups (1955)." This edition was greatly expanded to a total of 37 case histories. The dust jacket was printed in plain navy blue on the verso rather than the usual white. The flap explains that "If you wish to preserve complete personal anonymity when carrying this book, just turn this jacket inside out."
