Additional Details

". . . I have a serial in mind, gently simmering, & I hope to steal a week now & then in which to get my scaffolding up if no more. Meanwhile I will try to send a short tale or two. I have one begun which will make these little chapters, perhaps not too much for one number. This I will try to finish at once & you can tell how best to use it by & by.
"My baby is now so big & riotous that she is to go to a play school close by in Concord . . . to learn that Lulu is not the queen of the world. . . ."
