Condition B+: tears at edges; partially repaired tear along horizontal fold; creases and abrasions in margins and image; tape on verso. Paper. Offner was a landscape and portrait painter. He designed several posters during World War One. This image, for Bukowina, now part of Romania, speaks to Offner's mastery of lithography and color.
