In France, the Tolmer Publishing House produced some of the most elegant interwar advertising materials. Alfred Tolmer's 1930 graphic design masterpiece, Mise en Page, was a treatise dedicated to all aspects of Art Deco design. This image is a good example of the practical quality work the company produced, combining typography, layout and color to create captivating posters.
