Silver print, the image measuring 203x305 mm; 8x12 inches, the sheet 279x352 mm; 11x13⅞ inches, with Ginsberg's signature, unique title and lengthy inscription, and negative date in ink on recto, and Kaplan's signature and dates in pencil on verso.

The inscription reads as follows: "William S. Burroughs looking at me suspiciously, slightly zonked, 'Who are you an Agent for?' He 'traced back along word-lines,' Cut-up technique of anti-brainwash prophylaxis language analysis, inquiring sources encoded threw my mental conditioning, perhaps Liberal Columbia Professor Lionel Trilling, perhaps 'a trust of giant insects from another Galaxy' conspiring to make Nova Conditions on our Planet, exterminate our HomoSap inhabitants so another life-form move in on the home turf, virus invasion via abstract language stupefaction, such like Poetries on his mind.
