Condition A-: minor creases in margins and image; minor restoration along vertical and horizontal folds. All that is known about Faulkner is that she designed four posters for the Underground, three of them in this style reminiscent of French Art Deco fashion illustrations. "A staggering number of female artists were also designing posters in the 1920s and 1930s" (London Transport p. 140).
