None Shall Escape, a powerful yet little remembered film, was released in 1944 before the end of World War II. It takes place in a not-so-distant future where former Nazis are standing trial for their crimes against humanity. Not only does this film accurately predict the Nuremberg trials but it also vividly depicts many Nazi atrocities against the Jews (one of the first Hollywood films to do so). This is the Italian version. Beauty and the Beast p. 16.
