Condition B+: restored losses in corners; minor restoration along vertical and horizontal folds. A varied marching band of military musicians promoting the International Festival of the Guards at the Brussels World's fair in 1935. Carte was a painter who designed a few posters, largely in an Art Deco inspired style. He worked under the name Anto-Carte.
