Side by side English and Russian text on either side of a depiction of the docked spacecrafts. The commanders have signed beneath their respective languages. Only a small number of these commemorative certificates were printed, half with the English text on the left and half with the Russian on the left. Four were flown on the mission and signed by all five crew members. Two were meant for the Russians and two for the Americans.
