Condition B+: repaired tears, restored losses and creases in margins, some affecting image. Canadian-born Cooper began working for the London Underground in 1922. He designed fifty four posters for them over the span of twenty two years. This image is from a series he designed promoting traveling by Underground to take advantage of London's Leisure Hours. Other images in the series include "Picture Galleries," "Concerts & Recitals," and "The Theatres."
