Additional Details

" . . . The symptoms in the case of your patient render it very probable that worms are the cause of the fits. It is necessary, therefore, to employ again vermifages and among these the best, perhaps, in that special kind of nervous affection caused by worms, is turpentine both by the mouth and in injections [i. e., enemas] . . . If she does not soon improve I think she'll have a chance by other means, especially by the sulphate of copper. I enclose my bill which is the half of my usual charge. You ask why have not published my lecture; I hate writing."
