Quarto format manuscript in Italian on laid paper, consisting of 12 leaves; written in a cursive bookhand in brown ink; with manuscript note of Gaspero Foster at the bottom of the last page noting that he "acquistato questo dell Medico della Regina di Bolonia qui habuit in Gallia et erat Astrologi Perfitissimi," [purchased this from the Doctor of the Queen of Bolonia who lived in Gaul and was the most expert of Astrologers]; in a modern binding of half parchment with old printed sheets covering both boards; 7 1/2 x 5 1/2 in.
