S. mentioned on the title-page is likely John Stow, according to ESTC, rather than Joshua Sylvester; bound in 19th century straight-grain olive morocco, with gilt-tooled spine and boards, margin of B1 extended (likely supplied from a shorter copy), lacking final blank, 5 x 3 1/4 in.
