Apollo S/C 012 Delta CDR. The document provides the minutes of the Critical Design Review (CDR) meeting which was to determine adequacy of spacecraft (S/C) hardware design and ground operations. Included are review copies of almost 100 "Request for Change or Further Study" forms for modifications to current Apollo 1 (012) systems. Many were submitted by Astronauts Alan Shepard and Gus Grissom. Hatch opening design issues and pure oxygen at high pressures unfortunately were not included.
