A highly confidential internal NASA document which defines the Apollo mission requirements, design considerations, objectives, trajectory and propulsion requirements, and reliability goals. A large section is devoted to spacecraft configuration and includes several illustrations. Other topics include onboard control, crew participation, aborts, lunar landing, and dozens of other design issues. This was the first specification document released for Apollo, once the final decision to use Lunar Orbit Rendezvous as the lunar landing method. 8.5x11 inches and 89 pages in a GBC type binding.
