Title in red and black within wide woodcut border depicting the King presiding over the parliament of Toulouse, repeated on O6v; large woodcut historiated initials showing man reading on +5v and arms of Toulouse on A1r, both repeated on O4r; large woodcut view of Toulouse above colophon on P4v; woodcut arms of Toulouse above caption Gesta tholosano[rum] on verso of last leaf; woodcut decorated initials throughout. [8], 90, [1] leaves, with +4.5 folded backwards and F2 and F3 transposed. Folio, 259x194 mm, 19th-century 1/4 sheep, spine partly discolored, cover edges rubbed; occasional marginal foxing and soiling, repaired clean tear in +3, conspicuous stains in upper outer corner of A1 and upper portion of N6 through P1, last 2 leaves rehinged with P4 reinforced along fore edge on recto. Later 19th-century bookplate by Stern with monogram SSD(?) within garter; ownership inscription of C.
