BEWITCHED CHAIR of Horace Goldin and Charles De Vere. Rare piece of apparatus used by Horace GOLDIN (Hyman Elias GOLDSTEIN 1873-1939) during his stage performances, and made to his order by Charles DE VERE (Herbert Shakespeare Gardiner WILLIAMS 1843-1931). Smaller chair bears De Vere's mounted metal manufacturer's tag.
