Folio, 395x262 mm, old open-backed sewn boards, heavily worn, with contents loose at beginning and end; preliminaries and last several leaves frayed and darkened along edges, minor dampstaining in lower outer corners in middle of volume, some light marginal dampstaining at end, diagonal clean tear across 3C1, 3O1 torn in outer corners and 6D5 in lower outer corner, both with text loss, few other marginal tears not affecting text, lacks preliminary leaf A4 (from translators' preface) and final leaf 6D6 (end of Revelation).
