Printed in black letter. Folio, 16th-century blind-tooled calf over wooden boards with brass catches and one clasp (of 2), rebacked, numerous small wormholes through covers; soiling throughout, scattered stains, early inscriptions, and scrawls, opening leaves shaved along fore edge, lower outer corner torn or excised from 2V4, 2A1, 2K6, 2H2, and 2O6 with varying text loss, hole in blank portion of 3D7, paper corrosion along fore edge of last several leaves affecting some sidenotes, i3 mounted, with second column of text (beginning of Table) excised.
