Of the 3 variant readings found in Isaiah 7:14, this copy has "he la ALMA [instead of moça or virgen] concibien," "It is suggested that 'moça' is the original rendering, while 'virgen' is a concession to Christian readers, and 'ALMA' [transliterated from the Hebrew] is a compromise"--Darlow & Moule 8467.
