Lithograph printed in blue, 1965. 255x280 mm; 10x11 inches, full margins. One of only three known impressions. A very good impression of this very scarce print.
Provenance: the artist; Carol Thompson, the artist's wife; thence by descent to a private New York collection.
Another impression, signed, dated and dedicated to Martha Jackson, was included in the artist's retrospective Bob Thompson at the Whitney Museum of American Art, New York, September 25, 1998 - January 3, 1999, and is illustrated in the exhibition catalogue on pg. 168.
