Fragment of a manuscript of Love's early 15th-century Middle English version of Meditationes vitae Christi, a popular text on the life of Christ once considered the work of the Franciscan theologian Saint Bonaventura (1217-74) and now sometimes ascribed to the Franciscan author Johannes de Caulibus of San Gimignano (fl. circa 1300). Formerly in the collection of Professor David R. Bitzer of the Union Theological Seminary in Richmond, Virginia.
