We are in some doubt whether the suit is not abated by the Death of Mr. Cuyler. In order to obviate every doubt, we propose joining in a rule by Consent to revive the Proceedings and add Mr. Cuyler's Representatives to the Bill." 1 page, single tall 4to sheet; tear in bottom margin from opening, offsetting from portrait engraving included in the lot.
