One of the giants in the field of 20th Century celebrity trains, along with the New York Central's 20th Century Limited<>, and Santa Fe's Chief<>, the Broadway Limited ran from New York City through Philadelphia to Chicago, where connections could be made to head all the way out West. A contemporary brochure boasts that the train offered six different kind of "restful accomodations", including the "roomette, Master Room and Duplex Room".
