Revised version of Browne's 1681 Compleat Treatise of the Muscles, which had plagiarized the text of the 1648 Muskotomia by William Molins and the illustrations to the 1632 Tabulae anatomicae by Giulio Casserio. Included in this edition are Bernard Connor's Treatise of Muscular Dissection on pages i-x; Jean Bernoulli's Mathematical Disquisitions concerning Muscular Motions on pages 171-76; and Richard Lower's An Appendix of the Heart and its Use on pages 177-83.
