Octavo, A-Z8 (Z8 blank & present); engraved arms of Charles I by William Marshall (circa 1617-1650) bound opposite engraved title; small engraved portrait of James added, mounted on a larger sheet and tipped in; bound in full contemporary elaborately gilt-stamped black morocco with the initials H.R. on both boards, aeg, very nicely preserved and unsophisticated, sold at the Britwell Court sale in March of 1915, with Quaritch's collation notation dated 1926, "perfect," inside back board, 18th century notes on ffep, 6 3/4 x 4 1/4 in.
