Pub was the advertising department of Sabena, the Belgian national airways. Gaston van den Eynde was its director from 1955-1965, and many different designers worked in the studio. This is a very sophisticated photomontage with packages falling towards an image of Africa displayed within the hand. The small airplane and the slightly twisted typography add to the truly modernist composition of this poster.
