Painter and photographer Cameron Scott comes from a family of artists, going back to his great-grandmother. His mother studied with Hale Woodruff at Spelman College in the early 1940s. Scott is a graduate of the University of Texas, El Paso, and has been showing in galleries since the early 1980s. His work is found in the corporate collections of Bell South, Essence and Baskin Robbins.
