Signed, titled and inscribed "Ep d'art- no 9" in pencil, lower margin. A superb, richly-inked impression of this extremely scarce print.
Pissarro made dozens of paintings of the bridges over the Seine in Rouen. This drypoint is similar in composition and point-of-view as his inconic oil, Brouillard, Matin, Rouen, 1896, private collection (Pissarro/Snollaerts 1142). Delteil 66.
