Etching and drypoint on antique cream laid paper, 1883. 124x121 mm; 5x4 7/8 inches, full margins. An undescribed state (of 2), with additional work on the roof of the house at the far right, and drypoint shading in the sky and on the triangular front of the pale building façade at the right. Signed and inscribed "1er Ep. d'etat" in pencil, lower margin. Watermark date 1824. A superb, dark and richly-inked impression.
