Both approximately 250x210mm; 9 1/2x8 1/4 inches. Signed in lower image, "C.L.H." or "C.L. Hinton," the latter dated 1901. A few faint spots to blank margins. Both irregularly matted and framed. A copy of the book accompanies the lot.
The first drawing appears on page 152: "One loved the far corner of the sofa." The second one is an unusued illustration of Emmy Lou encircled by her three friends.
